GDPR declaration

1. Sonnenberger s.r.o. registered with the City court in Prague at Jiříkovská 1136/5, 18200 Praha 8 Ďáblice, IČ 180 03 915, as a personal data processor defined by the Article 26 of the EU GDPR
regulation, will lawfully process the following personal information about you:
- first and last name,
- email address,
- phone number,
- company and position,
- message text.

2. First name, last name, email address and phone number, company and position are necessary pieces of information to create a service offer, negotiate the terms of the offer, answer the question you have asked or to send you the newsletter emails. Such a processing is authorized by the Article 6, section 1b of the EU GDPR regulation. Your personal information is going to be kept for processing by the Sonnenberger s.r.o. for 3 years, or until you revoke your approval.

​3. We process the described about you, but in a situation of a business collaboration or contract
negotiations it might be necessary to share that information with our partner companies:

4. Please be informed that according to the Data Protection Act you have the right to:
- request the information how we process your personal data,
- request a copy of the personal data we process about you,
- request to have your personal data corrected or updated,
- request to have your personal information delete – however, this deletion will result in a termination    of any ongoing contract negotiations and will only be carried out, if the interests of the joint administrators do not outweigh your privacy protection,
- if in doubt regarding our compliance with the personal data regulations, contact us, the
Personal Data Protection Office or a respective court.
